Line Unavailable Forward

By Nadeem Unuth, About.com

Definition:

One of the disadvantages of VoIP is that it depends a lot on your Internet connection; if you connection is unavailable, your VoIP phone line as well is unavailable. This can cause you to miss many important calls. Line Unavailable Forward is a very interesting feature that solves this problem.

If, for any reason, your VoIP phone line unavailable, the call can be forwarded to any other number of your choice. For example, you can set it so that you receive all calls on your cell phone in case your VoIP line is unavailable.
