Version 1.3.0.1771. That's the version that will work, to an extent, without allowing outbound calls. Else, if you don't already have the Google Voice app on your iPhone, you will have to wait for a while, because the app has been removed from the iPhone App Store. The reason is a bug that crashes the software at log in. Google has removed it for obvious reasons and will supposedly get it back there once things are fixed.
